Along for the Ride

Auden arrives at her dad's beach town home exhausted—both literally and emotionally—having spent years as the perfect daughter to her perfectionist mother, sacrificing sleep and teenage normalcy in the process. When she meets Eli, a mysterious insomniac who roams the town at night, the two forge an unexpected connection that becomes a gateway to the carefree summer she never knew she needed. As Auden discovers friendship, adventure, and what it means to actually be a teenager, she and Eli help each other navigate the quieter, deeper parts of themselves that neither has shared with anyone else.
